This Indonesian Sumatra coffee blend comprises of Catimor and Typica varietals, grown at high elevation and processed using the traditional ‘Giling Basah’ (wet-hulled) method. This is a traditional Indonesian coffee processing method where the parchment is removed while the beans are still wet. This unique technique contributes to its trademark depth, low acidity, and dense, velvety body. The result is a powerful, dark-toned cup with notes of warming spice, dark chocolate, and tobacco leaf.
