Grown at soaring altitudes of 1,700–2,000 metres in Ethiopia’s legendary Yirgacheffe region, this fully washed heirloom lot is a celebration of purity, precision, and place.

Harvested between October and December, these beans are cultivated in small plots by skilled local farmers and reflect the wild, floral spirit Yirgacheffe is famed for. Notes of Earl Grey and fine whisky drift through the cup, lifted by a soft acidity and wrapped in delicate florals. It’s a coffee that turns heads and ignites your palate.
