El Salvador Coffee with Purpose – A Sustainable Single Origin from Las Isabellas

El Salvador Las Isabellas is a standout single-origin from one of the country’s most environmentally committed coffee farms. Grown at 1,200 to 1,450 metres on the southern slopes of Cerrón Grande in Apaneca, this elegant coffee is a washed Pacamara and Bourbon blend, cultivated under canopy forest and natural springs. Las Isabellas is Rainforest Alliance certified and part of the Blue Harvest initiative, a project that supports water-smart agriculture and soil regeneration for long-term sustainability.

Typically, these coffees exhibit a medium body with mild acidity, complemented by notes of chocolate, caramel, and subtle fruit undertones.
