Fazenda Pinhal is our single-origin premium Brazilian coffee beans, grown with care by Pedro Gabarra and his sister Mariana in the lush, rolling landscapes of Sul de Minas, one of Brazil’s most esteemed coffee-growing regions. At 1,000m altitude, their farm is recognised for its leading sustainability practices, combining tradition with innovation to produce some of the cleanest, most balanced coffee beans in Brazil.

This pulped natural Mundo Novo lot is as ethically cultivated as it is flavourful. Expect a smooth, rounded cup with cocoa richness, toasted hazelnut depth, and the soft indulgence of buttered caramel. Carefully roasted to a medium level, it brings gentle sweetness and low acidity, ideal for those who value a lighter, more approachable cup that doesn’t compromise on quality.
